Important information regarding weight restrictions
We have been providing Helicopter Pleasure Flights at the Goodwood Revival Meeting for over 10 years now, offering a Birds Eye View of this historic motor racing event whilst taking an aerial tour of the Goodwood Motor Circuit, Goodwood House & Estate, Chichester and the surrounding local area.
Over the years the one piece of feedback that we continually received from customers was that they wished the flight had lasted longer, we listened and in 2023 we decided to try something different. We extended the flight time to a full 7 / 8 minutes and the flight route was revised to take in more of the local sites, greatly enhancing the customer experience and offering even better value for money for those taking a flight. This refresh was a tremendous success and we have therefore decided that this will now be the regular format for the Revival Pleasure Flights.
The Goodwood Revival Helicopter Pleasure Flights will again operate from the centre of the Goodwood Motor Circuit/Aerodrome. Tickets can be purchased on-line in advance, or on the day from the sales kiosks we will have located in the Freddie March Spirit of Aviation enclosure.
To take your flight all customers will need to report to one of the sales kiosk where they will be issued with one of our flight ticket(s). We will then arrange transport across to the Helicopters operating area in a vintage military vehicles. After having taken the flight they will be bought back to the Freddie March enclosure by vintage vehicle again.
Important notes: All persons must be in possession of a Revival Meeting event ticket in order to be able to access the site and to enable them take a Helicopter Pleasure Flight. Elite Helicopters only sell the Pleasure Flight Tickets - not the event tickets. Please visit the Goodwood website to buy tickets for the event.
